Young Physician Leaders
Effective healthcare institutions need effective leaders.
The InterAcademy Partnership (IAP) initiative Young Physician Leaders (YPL) helps to build these capacities. Selected participants from around the world are invited to Berlin to participate in the World Health Summit, receive leadership training, and visit Berlin area research laboratories.
YPL was launched in 2011 and is a program in partnership with the World Health Summit, the M8 Alliance and the European School of Management and Technology (ESMT). It is supported by Tides, Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin and the Bayer Foundation.
